We know that shopping online should feel simple. That is why we aim to give you clear product and sizing information before you buy, and friendly, personal help by email.

What you can expect when you order

• Prices in pounds sterling (GBP).
• Free delivery on every order to the United Kingdom, with no minimum spend.
• Delivery usually takes between 7 and 30 working days. Orders are dispatched by our international fulfilment partners, which helps us keep our prices low. You will receive an email with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
• 30 days to return. If something is not right, you have 30 days from receiving your order to return it. For change-of-mind returns, the return postage is paid by the customer. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, we cover the cost of the return.
• Refunds within 14 days of us receiving the returned item, to your original payment method.
• Secure checkout over an encrypted connection. The available payment methods are shown at checkout.
