Returns — Can I return my order?

Yes. If you are not satisfied with the products you ordered, you may return them within 30 days of receiving your order (above the legal minimum of 14 days).

The return must meet the following conditions:

• The order contains all components and parts, and the packaging is in the same or similar condition as when received.
• The product shows no signs of damage resulting from improper use.
• Products for which hygiene is relevant must be thoroughly cleaned before return.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product shows signs of use contrary to its intended purpose or damage not attributable to us. Within the 14-day legal cancellation period described below, this does not remove your right to cancel: if the product has been handled more than necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, we may instead reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.

How to return your order?

Send an email to: support@eleanorlacey.co.uk, including:

• order number
• reason for return
• photo of the product (in case of damage or defect)
• customer's full name and address

After verifying your request, we will provide the return address. Do not send the product to the sender's address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is faulty or not as described.

We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method as the original transaction.

Right to Cancel (in accordance with UK law)

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, a consumer has the right to cancel the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the product.

To exercise this right, you must notify us by email at support@eleanorlacey.co.uk before this period expires, with a clear statement of your decision to cancel. You may use the model cancellation form below, but it is not obligatory.

Upon receipt of your request, we will provide the return address. You must send the product back within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned item, or of receiving proof that you have sent it back, whichever is earlier, using the same payment method as the original transaction.

Note: Due to the international nature of shipping, delivery times may be longer. We cannot stop the shipment once the order has been dispatched. In that case, please wait until you receive the product and then return it. You may however notify us of your intention to cancel in advance.

Note on return address: The address will be provided after contact — do not send the product without contacting us first.

Faulty or Incorrect Products

If your product is faulty, damaged on arrival or not as described, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please contact us at support@eleanorlacey.co.uk with your order number, a description of the problem and photographic documentation. In these cases, we cover the cost of the return. This does not affect your statutory rights.
